Recondition Process
(during these steps all points are checked and parts replaced as needed)

1.   Strip unit down to the chassis. Clean and inspect the chassis. Chassis touch up paint.
2.   Inspect shocks, leaf springs, steering components and REPLACE as needed.
3.   REPLACE all rubber bushings.
4.   Disassemble motor, inspect, clean and REPLACE brushes.
5.   Inspect differential and change oil.
6.   REPLACE brake shoes and inspect drums.
7.   Lube all bearings and ball joints.
8.   Inspect electrical system. Check wiring, test controller and switches.
9.   Date check batteries for less than 6 months old and test batteries.
10. Inspect body and repaint if needed.
11. Install NEW windshield.
12. Clean and install top and wheels.
13. Inspect and clean upholstery.
14. Charger test, batteries charged and road test.
